Questions you might have.
After your initial 6-month term, your contract goes month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Your domain name and all your content are always yours to keep. The site stays live through the end of your final paid month, giving you time to make other arrangements.
If you need to cancel during the first 6 months, the remaining months of the term still apply. The 6-month commitment is simply how the no-setup-fee pricing works, it lets us keep your costs low without charging an upfront build fee. Either way, your domain and content are always yours to take with you.
You own two things outright, always: your domain name, and your content. Your content means the real materials that belong to your business, your photos, your written copy, your service descriptions, your business details. If you ever leave, you take your domain and your content with you, and we'll hand over your photo and copy files so you can use them however you like.
What you do not own is the website build itself, the design and the code that turn your content into a live site. That is licensed to you for use while you are an active client, the same way you would lease a tool rather than buy it. It is what the monthly covers. If the service ends, the built site comes down, but you keep everything that was truly yours to begin with. Nothing of yours is ever held hostage.
